If you walk over the hiking trail of the Lötschberg south ramp, you can hardly see anything from the rope installation. Especially the entry is hard to find found without the knowledge and not to reach without rope at all. This prevented an abusive approach by inexperienced mountaineers. However, it’s highly recommended to go there with a mountain guide or a highly experienced mountaineer. You will discover a few natural beauties of a special kind: Imposing views, beautiful rock formations of tufa rock and chalkstone cliffs, a 100 m long natural cave and the sound of the Bietsch stream, gives you a special experience within nature.
